• Suggested Use: Shake container thoroughly before use. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND assessing your tolerance by using half (1/2) scoop mixed in 8-12 ounces of cold water, especially if you're sensitive to stimulants. Once individual tolerance is assessed, gradually increase dosage and take a maximum of one (1) serving with 8-12 ounces of cold water 30-45 minutes before activity. Never consume more than one (1) serving in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Read warnings and only use as directed.
